Trade on Pips offers a 30 days refund policy on all Subscription services sold, on all products that fall under the refund policy, on all products and services where 30 day refund is mentioned. To ensure our customer protection, customers can request a refund within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
To request a refund, a cancellation email should be sent with the details at our customer support system within 48 hours of placing the order. Our dedicated team will ensure that we will review the reason for cancellation.
Once the Cancellation is approved, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Customers must ensure that they have deleted all the copies/files of Trade on Pips software from their server/host.
Also, they need to confirm the same via email to our helpdesk system.
If the application is not working properly as advertised and we are unable to provide a solution to the problem, in that case, the customer may also request a cancellation as a credit. Which they may use in another Trade on Pips product/service purchase.
The customer gets instant access to the dashboard as soon as the account is registered and payment is processed. The delivery time is immediate. The user has the option to continue the account by paying monthly subscription or cancel at any time as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
Every user gets individual access to the dashboard immediately by selecting a password of choice and their registered email address is the username. Password policies may change from time to time and are 100% secured.
All registered users get access to the dashboard as per the plan selected by them and their access to the dashboard is limited to the subscription amount paid each month.
